As soon as the payment is authorized, your order will be sent next business day, maximum. Shipping costs are calculated using the destination postal code, item weight, item dimentions and shipping method chosen; this is applied to all orders. We are not responsible for shipping delays for standard shipping and outside of Canada. We prefer to ship your order by Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost. That gives us the guarantee that you will have your order quickly and on time, with an insurance and a tracking number. However, we can offer you to ship at a lower cost some particular light items (for example, baby hat, bows, 1 diaper, Parapipi, Glup Scarf, Monkey Legs and a maximum of 2 belly bands) by Standard/Regular mail. With this option, please note that we are NOT responsible for delays or lost/broken package. So, we do NOT refund or exchange any of those item sent with this option. In you are located in Rosemere or the area, please contact us at info@sublimebaby.ca for a possible pick up of your order at our office. We will contact you if an item is not in our inventory or if there are shipping delays. We will let you know what the new shipping time frame will be for you to receive your order or you can remove the item from you order. Free shipping conditions In order to get free shipping, your order must me the following conditions: • shipping must be within Canada (the order must be sent to one address) • orders must total $125 or more before tax • Only standards ground shipping available. Fees will be included on accelerated services Shipping Outside of Canada For all orders being shipped outside of Canada, you are responsible for any costs relating to customs clearance or any other fees relating imports from Canada. Shipping Errors Sublime Baby is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses typed during the order. Packages returned to Sublime Baby and to be resent to the client as a result of invalid or incorrect mailing addresses from the client, will be paid by the client. Changed / Canceled Orders We ship your order to you as quickly as possible. We will do what we can to accommodate you, but it depends on the status of your order and whether it has been processed and/or shipped. Prices The prices of our products are displayed in Canadian currency and the applicable taxes are added to the amount. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Canadian currency. Sublime Baby retains the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are always billed on the basis of the amounts in effect at the time when the order is recorded. Taxes Sublime Baby calculates the taxes based upon the address where the order will be shipped. An order to be sent to the U.S.A. is thus, not taxed. For an order shipped in Canada, the taxes depend upon the province; for example, for Quebec, the added taxes are QST (Quebec Sales Tax) and the GST (Goods & Services Taxes). Please note that there is not QST on cloth diapers, inserts and some breastfeeding products. Remember, some municipalities provide subsidies for the purchase of cloth diapers. Check with yours or ask your city council! Accepting an Order The reception of a confirmation email for an order does not automatically mean that Sublime Baby accepts the said order and is in no way a confirmation that Sublime Baby warrants the sale of the items. Sublime Baby does retain the right, without prior notice, to refuse to deal with a customer. At all times, it might be necessary for Sublime Baby to complete a background check on your identity and credit prior to accept to fulfill an order. If Sublime Baby cannot proceed your order, you will be notified by email. Returns You MUST contact us before returning the goods. All merchandise can be exchanged only if it is in perfect condition, in original packaging and within 10 days of purchase. Delivery costs will be your responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the product does not meet our conditions. NO returns will be accepted if the product has been washed, soiled, open or used. Method of payment We accept VISA, Masterard and Paypal. We do not reimburse shipping fees.
