Those hats were invented by a British Columbia mom and they come packaged in a small vinyl hat bag. •0-6 months - this size fits a baby from birth to about 6 months. Head circumference is 16 inches. •6-12 months - this size fits a baby from about 6 months to 1 year old. Head circumference is 19 inches.
